Level 3 training – a specialised course with IFS Founder, Richard C. Schwartz, PhD
Level 3 training courses are led exclusively by Dr. Richard C. Schwartz, creator of the IFS method, and Toni Herbine-Blank. A Level 3 training course is the final step on your path to becoming an IFS practitioner. You can take a Level 3 course after graduating from Level 2.
On your Level 3 course, you’ll work intensively with fellow advanced practitioners to further develop your knowledge of IFS and hone your skills with its techniques. A Level 3 course is for you if your goal is not simply to become a better therapist, but also to:
- Learn about and unburden blind spots and personal triggers
- Hold self-energy in your daily life – even when provoked
- Clarify your vision for both your career and your life path
- Practise giving and receiving self-led feedback
- Explore your spirituality
- Become part of a self-led community of like-minded professionals.
Level 3 courses include demonstrations, experiential group exercises, large and small group discussions, extended meditation and intensive personal work.
About training with Richard Schwartz…
“Dick speaks clearly and authoritatively but with authenticity and humility. He feels ‘real’. This makes it easier to receive what he’s teaching. His willingness to answer questions and fully deal with the group’s enquiries was also really appreciated.”
“Undeniable in presence, wisdom and self energy – beautiful creation, truly, truly MAGNIFICENT and universe changing/healing. An honour to share this time with you!”
“Leadership – effortless presence and clarity. Availability – constant and non-hierarchical. Teaching style – fluid, responsive, by example, wise.”
Level 3 courses take place in Sheffield, in the heart of the beautiful Peak District, within easy reach of London (2 hours) and Manchester Airport (1 hour). Find out about Sheffield’s accommodation and facilities here.
